For this skill I wanted to focus mainly on improving my verbal communication skills. This evidence is a document I produced after my first client meeting that outlines how I felt I went in presenting my ideas to Ken and  the dot point speech I had written, prior to the meeting that helped me feel more confident and prepared to convey my ideas more effectively. This evidence is a document I created during placement that notes down each time I asked a question to the client over zoom, whether that was to learn more about the business as seen in the 24th of may section or asking for assistance and clarification as seen in the 15th of may section. For this skill I wanted to focus on meeting deadlines and being punctual to scheduled meetings. This evidence is a screenshot of my practera platform showing my completion percentage being 79%. This isn't showing 100% as the reflection section cannot be completed until our scheduled final deliverable has happened which is to happen on the 2nd of June. Therefore this shows that I have successfully completed all the tasks that I was required to do at this point in time.
