Someone who's able to make their own choices for what they want to do in life. Someone who has their own views on what's right vs what's wrong. And being generally a responsible citizen. But not everyone feels this way, sometimes there's injustices preventing people from living the way everyone else would like to live. These problems are being fixed over time, however some are still general problems today, which is something that should most likely be addressed. Often times we blame are government for our issues but then claim we our the best country in the world. In reality we are lacking in comparison to certain countries. As in regards to the citizens in our country we tend to lack sympathy and respect. We don't trust others yet alone our leaders. We have freedom of speech which is nice but can cause for an uncivil ed debated among others. We also have a tendency to stay in the past and move forwards especially with major topics such as racism which seems to still unfortunately be an issue.
