Your bones are like levers to your muscles when you move your arm up and down that is because of your muscles and your bones moving with each other. When you move your fingers your muscles move they will get small when going up bigger when going down. Tendons are all over your body that help the muscles move. Your body has cartilage that is in your ribs your ears and your nose

Did you know that teeth are your strongest bone in your body. Your hands have hinges and the saddle joint and in your hands you have a pelvis. In your back you have a bone called a pelvis. Theirs fix joints in your skull. It's easier to smile then to frown because it only take 17 muscles to smile and it take 43 muscles to frown. Inside your bone is called peritoneum. Without bones you cannot stand up or move at all! All of your bones working together.

There are over 200 bones in your body. When your pushing or pulling your muscles are contracting. Bones form the frame of your body. Ligaments help hold the bones together. Muscles move the bones. tendons anchor the muscles to the bones.

You have tendons all over your body. You can see your tendons on the back of your hand.

Our skeleton protects our heart lungs. Stores minerals to keep your body going. 

Things that are harmful are alcohol nose bleeds riding bikes without helmets wear proper helmets for different sports. Things that are helpful are sleeping a lot breakfast vitamins minerals.
