- different education background cause difficulty for someone to understand certain things. Example, accounting has its own specific words/terms and someone may not understand the terms. therefore, accountants need to use the simple words and also giving some example so it easier for the listeners to understand.

- Life experience of a person will create a different environment of  a communication where we express our emotions. 
- Other than that, the vocabulary used to identify things and cadence we use to inquiry about things or express our opinion. For instance, someone who have more experiences with working environment place (senior in the office) will conduct the communication instead of junior because they have many things to share and expose.
