I think people living there might be fed up with how the management manage their home but because its probably too long since the apartment been taken care of so people does not care anymore

Student 2: However the second picture indicates a very happy family in the backyard. The house looks way more managed than the first picture.It looks very clean, the bright color of the flowers suits in really well with the house. As a whole this house is looking fantastic comparing to the first picture.

This apartment shares a totally different and quite frightening feeling to whoever sees it.Well if it was me i would definitely prefer to stay in the house from the second picture rather than staying the apartment from the first picture

Student A: Based on my observation, the first picture shows a neglected apartment due to its age that is probably already been there for a long time. It looks worn out, and the residence also seems very quiet . Not to mention, the tenants probably still live there only because of the cheap price rent.
