         <description><![CDATA[<p>--&gt; need to revisit and update our end of semester survey to gather meaningful, focused anecdotal data from students; more tailored to specific actions taken to determine outcome (rather than process)</p><p><br/></p><p>--&gt; continue focus on revisiting and updating our provocations to centre Black Joy (and joy across all intersectional identities), rather than continue to perpetuate harmful stereotypes through choice of texts used -- this is something we need time and support with; finding new texts is a big undertaking</p><p><br/></p><p>--&gt; need to ensure our ELL students are centred and valued in these conversations as well, not just as after thought -- must consider the uniquely "layered" experience a newcomer has within our school and the many barriers they encounter</p><p><br/></p><p>--&gt; How can we leverage the broad concepts of plurilingualism, focused on within our French program, to foster greater sense of belonging?</p><p><br/></p><p>--&gt; what school-wide data should we be tracking? What does the board want us tracking? Where does student privacy factor in?</p><p><br/></p><p>--&gt; Does JASS need a unified, school vision and approach to the next phase of our commitment to anti-racist work?</p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
