Generation Z are those people who were born from 1996 up to present. The younger generation is more collaborative and interactive in school and at work. They are more socially active than the other generation. They are experts in the use of digital gadgets; it is also where apps and gadgets are more innovative and expanding. Generation Z lifestyles influence them socially, whether they see it on television or in social media.

These generations have a personality responsibility, whether it is for themselves or their families. Their mindset, or how they think, is influenced by their family and peers.

In speak of their similarity, these generations are all moral agents, thus, they implore ethical values in their work. No matter what the gap is, ethics encompasses all age groups and does not exclude any. 

Their differences, however, are merely distinctive and noticeable. Gen X, in a perspective, have a really strong belief in ethical principles like consequentialism and universalism. They highly believe that an act is moral when it encompasses the good of many and if the end results of an act is good, no matter what the process is.

Gen Y, on the other hand, have more improvised and wider ethical proposition. They value good will and good reasoning over the consequences. They see actions as moral actions when the goal is right. They also have their distinct opinions and strong stance in political and ethical issues. When they believe that something is moral, they strongly believe in it.

Gen Z, at last, are more likely to be pluralists and secular humanists. Most Gen Zs do not take sides in moral issues. They incorporate stances with "no comment"culture. People from Generation X values hardwork. They tend to be independent and goal-driven. People from this generation has witnessed different political movements from the past. They fought for civil and female rights. Although despite being active in politics, Gen X became conservative as time progressed. This generation is more individualistic while Gen Y and Z are more group-oriented. Gen Y are more idealistic. Gen Y has witnessed the progress and elevation of technology, while Gen Z grew up using those. Which is why Gen Z is the most tech savvy out of the three. They treasure technology more than anything else because it became part of their lives. It was also mentioned that Gen Z values a good wifi spot than the cleanliness of the restrooms.

The Generation X, Y, and Z also has a lot of similarities despite the year gaps and their differences. One of their similarities is that they all grew up when technology was at large. Gen X was able to experience the first type of personal computers. Moreover, They all have an entrepreneurial mindset. Economics became an important part of their lives which makes them value business. The bloom of music videos and genres has also occurred in each generation. People's love for music really doesn't matter on what generation you're from.

However, they are compassionate, and ethically speaking, most of them like to think about others and not just themselves. 

Generation X ranges from 1965-1976 and is very practical. They are also disciplined and like to wear formal clothes. They are very independent because, at a young age, they already start working. Some do whatever they want without thinking about the consequences since no one's there to supervise or discipline them. A lot of ethical principles deeply influence their beliefs in life.

In Generation Y, it ranges from 1977-1995. They are very much outspoken and confident. Since technology is already popular in this generation, they use it in their everyday lives, such as work and socializing with others. They are also very friendly, but at the same time self-centered. Still, they possess goodwill and try to do what is right despite the people that they may harm with their actions. 

Lastly, Generation Z ranges from 1996-present. They are optimistic and know how to do their tasks properly. However, they are also very sensitive and weaker than other generations, unlike Gen X & Y who are stronger and braver in a lot of matters. They also don't like listening to others that's why their ethical outlook differs from others.

People who were born in the Gen Z are the most technologically advanced generation, they immersed themselves in technology and tend to be more open-minded and engaged in social justice. This means that those who are raised by gen x parents may raise their children in a strict manner, teaching the obligations and ethical views that they have when they were in their younger years, while those who raised by parents who are in the millenial generation tend to encourage their children in using technology as a means of learning and educating their children.

Millennials lived through a period. They did not grow up with smartphones in their pockets like their successors, Gen Z, but instead experienced the digital revolution during their formative years, including the development of social media and Google Search. Because of this, older generations frequently ask this generation to troubleshoot when technology breaks down because they are a tech-savvy workforce.

 Generation Z also values working for an organization that works ethically, the idea of working for an organization that works ethically, and sustainably, and is committed to addressing societal issues. They frequently pick exciting work that pays less over a better-paying career that they'd feel "boring." Race, gender, and inclusivity are crucial workplace factors, and Gen Z also values diversity. In other words, Gen Z cares about more than just the work they accomplish; they also want to feel good about the people they are working for.
