   I learned that there is an organization called the Basij.
    Nearly half of its 12.5 million members were women.
     There were units designed specially for children and they were used as "human shields" and told they would go to heaven  afterward for participating in Allah's cause.

2 things I found interesting: I found it interesting that people didn't realize about the "Human Shield" situation but also how people would be willingly go to their death without knowing the truth.
