         <description><![CDATA[<div>One of my main takeaways has been that it is important to continuously and rigorously consider each of the elements of the system I am a part of—and since systemic racism is present within the school and school board I am a part, of I must continuously ask myself whether any given action (or inaction) I am taking is complicit with that systemic racism because it is "standard" or remains unquestioned. </div>]]></description>
