Tokugawa Ieyasu was upset that the missionaries were so successful, so he banned christianity and focused his energy on ridding all christians. </div>]]></description>

The city of Nagasaki is known for  both being the only city open port during Japan's period of Isolation and for it's beautiful islands, volcanos, and historic buildings.  </div>]]></description>
