I reach the office early at 8:10am. Around 8:30am i contact another Internship student Lim Soo Keat and meet our incharge person which is Mr.Kuah .
Before we start working, Mr.Kuah briefing with us about the culture of company. Moreover, Mr.Kuah display the video about the activity they conduct before and what project need to proceed on future. Also including the future goal of company.
After briefing, Mr Kuah give us project to be an invisible customer to 7 Siang pharmacy outlet. The aim of this project is to observe environment and staff serving attitude. Mr.Kuah giving us RM350

per person to each outlet purchase for medicine. The outlet we going including Kepala Batas, Kulim, Alma, Bukit Mertajam, Simpang Ampat, Sungai Bakap and Nibong Tebal.

We start around 9:30 am to each outlet until 4:00pm. They we go back to office doing PowerPoint Slide of 7 outlet.
