Not only does he stick to a seasonal schedule for lawn seeding, but also he aerates lawns prior to seeding so that they better absorb the seeds applied. John Gulius also leverages turf care applications to rejuvenate customer lawns, and he identifies and treats lawn weeds and pests.

Having worked at Southern Lawn and Landscape since 2022, Mr. Gulius previously spent two years with the Greenville Parks Department as a maintenance technician.
