Lift is created when air hits the front of the wing and splits upward. The
air flowing over the curved top of the wings has to move further than
the air traveling over the flat underside because the top is sloped. In
order for the two air streams to reach the back of the wing at the
exact same moment, the top stream has to move faster than the bottom
because it has further to travel. The faster moving air on top of the
wing creates a lower pressure and the slow moving air on the bottom
creates low pressure, this is where Bernoulli's principal comes into
play. Since objects tend to change there pressure from high pressure to
low pressure lift is therefore created, which is the same way that all
birds and planes are able to stay in the sky. However for a wing to
actually gather lift, it must be moving though the air.

The principles/properties i think that are in flight are........lift,weight, thrust and drag, those properties/principle allow aircrafts like airplanes, hot air balloons and helicopters to fly in mid air for hours.

The ingrediant that allows air balloons to float and move is hot air. The reason people use hot air is because it is lighter witch allows the balloon to float and the air current witch makes them move to their destination
