         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. <strong>Explain the types of value that intermediaries can provide to the producers/manufacturers.<br><br></strong>Producers use intermediaries because they create greater efficiency in making goods available to target markets. Through their contacts, experience, specialization, and scale of operation, intermediaries usually offer the firm more than it can achieve on its own. Thus, there are <strong>3 major genre values</strong> that the intermediaries added value on. For example, in <strong>facilitating,</strong> the channel members could gather and distribute about the factors from different aspects and forces in the marketing environment need for planning and aiding exchange. Other than that, in terms of financing, they could acquire and using funds to cover the costs of the channel work.&nbsp; Then, they also could be having a training program in order to let the channel members understand better about the product that they promote on like electronic item. Also, they would have an after-sales reward by offering extended warranty, repairing services and so on.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>The next genre will be<strong> transactional. </strong>For instance, risk-taking by assuming the risks of carrying out the channel work. Then in terms of promotion, the channel members will develop and be spreading persuasive communications about the offer through marketing tools like an advertisement, discount promotion and etc.&nbsp; Then, administration in managing the stocks.<br><br>&nbsp;Finally the last genre, <strong>logistical.</strong> In terms of the storage, they could provide spaces to store the product, also, they could responsible for the assortment by sorting the product into different sections and bulk breaking. Lastly, transportation would not be a concern as the intermediaries could handle it.&nbsp;</div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>First, marketing intermediary which is also referred to as a marketing agency usually forms an important part of the distribution channel. &nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Secondly, the <strong>exclusive distribution strategy </strong>that involves offering a minimal number of dealers the right to distribute or sell specific companies products in their specific territories or areas.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Thirdly, the <strong>intensive distribution strategy,&nbsp; </strong>this strategy involves stocking the company’s products in many outlets. Intensive distribution requires the product to be available where and when the customer needs it.<br><br>&nbsp;In between intensive and exclusive distribution, there is the<strong> selective distribution</strong> which has more than one but less than all intermediaries who worked to carry out the company’s products.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
