         <description><![CDATA[<div>I qualify her claim.  I qualify it because as a girl myself i strongly related to this. When I don't understand something or need help with something I hate raising my hand and asking for help. I would rather sit there and have no idea or guess rather than ask a teacher for help. Another reason why is because I believe she supplies convincing evidence when she includes the studies that they did on the fifth graders. I think those were examples of how we are failing our girls and how this is taught at a young age and it happens to an abundant amount of girls</div>]]></description>

She gives an example of how when applying for jobs girls will only apply if they meet 100 percent of the criteria while boys will apply if they meet about 60 percent. </div>]]></description>
