The problem being addressed is water scarcity.

It seems to aim to develop an understanding of the background behind this scarcity and actions people can take to lower their own impact on this topic.

ATL such as research, collaboration, and self-management skills could be easily incorporated into this

The context of globalization and sustainability would fit this IDU well.

There is a viable real-world context as all of us humans need access to potable water to survive.

Possible disciples could be science, individuals and societies, and possibly design.

The purpose of this integration is to compare what students have learned in both disciples to try and provide viable solutions to this issue.

This IDU poster offers evidence of the product but not really much evidence of the analysis of disciplines. It also does not really show their own understanding of the topic.

The poster seems to be missing the evaluation part. Make sure the students get to choose. Let the students inquire and find out what problems are associated with water scarcity. List the problems on the board. Then each student adapts and focuses on one problem in a specific country (Humanities Class) and presents a solution. The students then take a personal action to save water.

The POI section appears to have met the 3 IDU criteria for it was able to articulate explicitly how skills and concepts of each subject involved will be used and explored in the unit. However, the product of the IDU was not clear to me, especially for language and literature and how it would interplay with what the students are going to do for math.
Furthermore, the SOI is missing, which I think is one of the most highlighted part of an MYP unit planner.

As for pitching it to the arts subject area (music), I think it will not be a problem because they do study rap as a genre and as a form of self-expression.

One of the practical challenges about starting to work on the IDU would be getting teachers to share the burden of the IDU equally. There may also be difficulties in getting students to "buy in" with the purpose of the IDUs. There could be issues with the logistics of getting time to work with the associated teachers to complete their work.
One solution is to have good transparency of expectations and ib protocol.
