         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>sleep<br></strong>sleep affects almost every tissue in our body. it has an impact on our growth and stress hormones, our immune system, appetite, breathing, blood pressure, and cardiovascular health. lack of sleep increases the risk of obesity, heart diseases and infections. <br><strong>eat<br></strong>Good nutrition is something you need to keep current and future generations healthy across the lifespan. A healthy diet helps children grow properly and lowers the chances of them getting chronic diseases. Adults who eat a healthy diet live longer and have less chances of obesity, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and different cancers.<br><strong>exercise<br></strong>exercising on a daily basis is one of the most important things you can do for your health. Being physically active is good for your brain health, it helps manage weight, cut down your chances of diseases, strengthen your bones and muscles, and push your body to be able to do everyday things. exercising is for anyone no matter the age, abilities, ethnicity, shape, or size.&nbsp; Everyone can experience the health benefits of physical activity . <br><strong>stress free<br></strong>Some stress is good. It can be a challenge that keeps us alert, motivated, and ready to avoid danger. having too much stress can make us sick. And it can cause you to gain or worsen certain symptoms or diseases.&nbsp; If you're constantly under stress, you can have health problems , such as headaches, pain in your stomach, high blood pressure, chest pain, and problems with sex and sleep. Too much stress can also lead to emotional problems, depression,&nbsp; panic attacks or other forms of anxiety and worry.<br><strong>avoid drugs</strong><br>Someone who is addicted to drugs can lose control and judgment and when use of the drug is stopped. they may suffer severe psychological or physical symptoms, such as anxiety, irritability, unhappiness, and stress. Withdrawal from certain drugs can also result in severe physical discomfort, such as tremors, flu-like symptoms, diarrhea, bone pain, and even seizures. Long-term users of certain drugs may experience pervasive changes in brain function.<br><strong>weight control </strong><br>getting to a healthy weight can help you control your cholesterol, blood pressure and blood sugar. It can also help you stop oncoming weight-related diseases, such as heart disease, diabetes, arthritis and some cancers. During sleep, the brain works to evaluate and remember thoughts and memories, and it appears that a lack of sleep is especially harmful to the consolidation of positive emotional content. This can influence mood and emotional reactivity and is tied to mental health disorders and their severity, including the risk of suicidal ideas or behaviors.<br><strong>eat <br></strong>When you stick to a diet of nutrient-rich foods, you're setting yourself up for fewer mood swings and an improved ability to focus. Studies have even found that clean diets consisting of mainly whole, unprocessed foods, can help with symptoms of depression and anxiety. <br>&nbsp;Whereas unhealthy diets have been linked to an increased risk of dementia or stroke.<br><strong>exercise</strong><br>Exercise has many benefits, not only for your physical health but also your mental health. In your brain, exercise stimulates chemicals that improve your mood and the parts of the brain responsible for memory and learning. Exercise releases chemicals like endorphins and serotonin that improve your mood. It can also get you out in the world, help to reduce any feelings of loneliness and isolation, and put you in touch with other people.<br><strong>stress free</strong><br>Stress has a psychological impact that can manifest as irritability or aggression, a feeling of loss of control, insomnia, fatigue or exhaustion, sadness or tears, concentration or memory problems, or more. Healthy sleep repairs adaptive processing, functional brain activity, integrity of the medial prefrontal cortex-amygdala connections, and thus improves the capacity to regulate emotions as well as an individuals' well-being.&nbsp;</div><div><strong>eat<br></strong>When you stick to a diet of nutrient-rich foods, you're setting yourself up for fewer mood swings and an improved ability to focus. Studies have even found that clean diets consisting of mainly whole, unprocessed foods, can help with symptoms of depression and anxiety. <strong><br>exercise<br></strong>Physical activities - like walking, biking, dancing, yoga, or tai chi - can help: Reduce feelings of depression and stress. Enhance your mood and overall emotional well-being.
