I was at home in the Roma neighborhood when the 7.1 magnitude earthquake hit Mexico City on September 19, exactly 32 years after the 1985 tragedy that killed thousands. There was no warning that the quake was coming, despite the fact that the capital boasts one of the most advanced earthquake alarms in the world.

The first tremble from beneath the earth was minor, and I thought it was a truck passing or the metro slithering underneath — normal things that make the streets rumble in this megalopolis. But the second shock hit with a force that launched me to my feet. The house swayed and twisted as if it were made of paper, and the city erupted into a cacophony of sirens and sounds of destruction as I stumbled out the front door. Suddenly, I was shirtless and shoeless in the street with my neighbors, being thrown back and forth by the ground that seemed to turn to liquid.....

Taken from:
https://www.ozy.com/true-story/i-survived-the-mexico-city-earthquake-this-is-my-story/81162

This was Man-made Disasters that happed in Korea before 24years ago. The building was the department store which is named Sam Pung. The department store was very luxury store and it was located in Gang Nam like down-town of Toronto. So, that was very popular and many people enjoyed shopping at there. But, like the 911 terror, the building suddenly collapsed and there were countless people inside of the building. This made the casualties about 1,500 people. There was not like this accident that occurred a lot of casualties in Korea, accept for the Korean War. Causes of the disaster was insolvent construction. The builder made the building use illegal ways because of money. For example, they skipped the steal material inside of concrete even though it must use inside of concrete for safety. Some people miraculously were rescued under the broken structure after ten days. Most of the people in Korea was shocked and this accident happed when I was young. The CEO of the department store went to the jail, and after this accident, the government of Korea made the strong structure laws.

The disaster I want to share is the typhoon I experienced last year in Shenzhen. Typhon is a normal disaster in the coastal cities in China, it happens every year in summer. There are average 5 or 6 typhons in a year. Typhon has 6 levels and the super typhoon is the highest type. The interesting things is the names of typhon make by the Asian countries which could be affected. The typhoon I experienced calls “Mangkhut”, which is a kind of fruits comes from Thailand. It was the super typhoon since 2009. It formed in Pacific in September 7th,2018 and spend 9 days to became the most powerful typhoon and land on the southeast of China in September 16th. The local governments closed all the public transportations in advance. They dealed with it quite seriously.

At beginning, the weather is peaceful and silent in the morning. And at about the noon, the weather became dark rapidly and the wind at a high speed. You could hear the sound of wind was loud enough. The stuff in the streets danced unconscious and the trees broke everywhere. The skyscrapers were shaking clearly and Some of their windows were blow off. The typhoon continued for almost 2 hours. According to the statistics, it cost about 5.2 billion for 2 hours.

I am going to write about a disaster which can be occur due to natural reasons or man-made reasons or both of them. While natural reasons refer to inadequate natural water resources to supply a region's demand, poor management of the sufficient available water resources forms man-made reasons. Actually this disaster is not only about Iran and it occurred in many countries. In fact the next war is going to be about water. I hope everybody throughout universe helps to handle this problem.

Following results on Pam Air App and statistics of environmental quality monitoring stations, the air quality decreased to low and very low level on 30th September. The amount of PM 2.5 fine dust was very large. When air quality went down, there were more hospitalized patients who had lungs affected by dust, pollen and smoke.

This air condition can causes some diseases like lung cancer

Vehicles, construction, climate conditions are some sources causing air pollution. We need to deal with population growth pressure, develop public transportation including buses and subway systems, and reduce emission from industrial factories. If we do not do that, the next generation will be our victim.
