But one thing I felt not many in the documentary realised is that where you stand one year from now or even in the future is a reflection of the choices you make today. Although it is not the fault of child to be born into a Low class family. It is the fault of the child should he/she not work hard. Because hardwork is a mentality and not something that can be bought. But the higher class should realise that despite having financial stability , disrespecting  people from a lower class is inhumane and uncalled for. Most of us would aimlessly judge those of a lower social class than us because we want to project our emotions onto someone else and we tend to choose those who seem to be at the bottom end of the hierarchy as they are deem as powerless and would not have a way to fight back . However , we fail to realise that it can be really damaging for their self esteem to want to work harder as their confidence would have been crushed . There is no way that we can diminish this problem entirely however we can start closing the gap between this division through mainly the change of everyone’s mindsets. Though there are measures being implemented to close the gap, existing systems and structures in singapore seem to only serve to widen it such at streaming in our education system where it inadvertently lets kids understand the meaning of a class divide and succumb to the thought process that leads to the stereotypes behind different classes without proper guidance.

While some have a better headstart, others have more skills to help them climb the social ladder. However, a lot of the times (from the video) it shows that it was the parents' expectations that push their child to excel in education, which is ironic as education does not even come up to the first 3 factors of getting richer, which in turn means climbing up the social level and class. Yet, it was those from the lower class to think that education is the 2nd most important factor to be richer who did not have much expectations on their child's studies. Those from the lower class seem to have a more idealistic outlook in the social settings as they felt hard work is the most important factor to succeed in terms of riches. However, those from the upper class felt that it was the social connections amongst the right people to gain benefits is the answer to getting even richer.

The difference between classes is one of the biggest cause of division in Singapore. The stereotypes and stigma of people of different classes can leave a big scar on many. The rich have better access to education and enjoy a good life whereas the poor have to work harder to make ends meet. It is never impossible to get out of the "poverty" however, the chance of doing so is very slim.
