The project was introduced to children with visual materials and extensive discussion on what the eTwinning is and what our project will be. In this context eTwinning logo, the project's poster and logo, fairytales' book covers, a page of the "The ant and the cricket" story, a photo of one of our student's grandmother reading to her a traditional fairytale, children's creations for drama play and a fairytale's characters are all exhibited on a bulletin board placed in our school. The board was updated many times as the project moved on. Parents and the student of the second class, could observe the development and outcomes of the project as exhibited on the bulletin board.

After discussing with children what we should do to let parents know more about our project, we decided to create a badge (after talking about each of their ideas and voting). We talked about what a badge is, and then I asked what should it include. Children voted (with Answergarden) and chose the logo of eTwinning and the project's logo (each was introduced in detail in previous stages of the project). We created it using Canva in the interactive screen we have in the class. Then the children printed the badges, cut them and made the holes. They enjoyed it and felt as "working in a company as dad/mom" as some said! T

Our Fairy Tale Necklaces with QR Codes

We tried to promote our project through necklaces featuring fairy tale characters with QR codes. For each QR code, a specific character was carefully selected. These characters were aligned, QR codes were placed on them, and they were laminated. The children then took part in the entire production process — they carefully cut out the characters, punched holes in them, and added strings to turn them into necklaces. This allowed us to share the QR code of our project’s promotional video with many families. The children absolutely loved this creative and special gift
