2) a very new concept for me - informal diagnosis
3) importance of making record of all the observations - gathering information formally 
Two questions
1) how long does it take to make a informal diagnosis of a child? As in how long should a teacher or parent observe to start recording the observations
2)what do we do if we don't refer for formal diagnosis, what assistance do we give the child? And are the parents counseled too?

Third question
I have learnt that there is no right or wrong when it comes to interacting with others. It's certainly opened my mind to see and learn more.
