         <description><![CDATA[<div>Given a topic, students write down 3 thoughts or ideas they have about the topic, 2 questions related to the topic, and 1 analogy. Students are then provided information in form or an article, video, etc. After taking in the information, students repeat the 3-2-1 activity and discuss what has changed. This creates the bridge between their original thoughts and new thoughts.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Cyberbullying<br><br>Students will be given the topic of "Cyberbullying." They will then write down 3 thoughts they have on cyberbullying, 2 questions they have, and create an analogy regarding cyberbullying. Students will then watch a video about cyberbullying. After watching the video, students will complete the 3-2-1 activity once more based off their new knowledge. We will then discuss what (if anything) has changed from their pre video post to their post video post.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Taking Action Against Cyberbullying<br><br>Before students complete the connect/extend/challenge routine, the students will complete a lesson on cyberbullying. The lesson will consist of an introduction which aims to see students current thoughts on cyberbullying while completing an in class scenario. After determining what students think cyberbullying consists of, students will read a second scenario and discuss the scenario with their partner before a class discussion. <br><br>After the discussion, students will answer the connect/extend/challenge questions and write down their thoughts and ideas in their journal.</div>]]></description>

Students will then write about how they think the bullied person felt and how they might have responded. Students will then share their thoughts in a classroom discussion.</div>]]></description>
