Apart from the needs of insurance it also describes the limits of insurance. It says that it does not prevent damage but yes it can give you financial support.

In case of any house hold accident, people can claim the insurance without spending a single penny. 

For instance, a house in oshawa downtown was accidently put on fire by a group of new international students who came to canda for studies four years ago. fortunately, house owner was having the home insurance covered. So, he got all his money back.

I would like to pass knowledge and information to new buyers who are willing to buy their own house and who does not have any knowledge regarding home insurances. Moreover, I would like to share some of my recent market researches relavant to this topic.
