I've heard a lot of teachers say that they don't check there emails, or they didn't grade the assigments over the weekend because that is time with their fmilies and that theyhave lives too. The same goes for us, we have sport, extracurricular activities, siblings, and a bunch of other stuff that we have to worry about. We have the same time without families as you do, we have the same holidays (except teacher work days) we have the same snow days and we have the same weekends. I understand homework for unfinished class work because normally teachers give you enough time to get it done and if you don't, it usually means you weren't using your time wisely. I've heard a lot of teachers say that they don't check their emails, or they didn't grade the assignments over the weekend because that is time with their families and that they have lives too. The same goes for us, we have sports, extracurricular activities, siblings, and want time to spend time with our family and be middle schoolers of other stuff that we have to worry about. We have the same time without families as you do, we have the same holidays (except teacher workdays) we have the same snow days and we have the same weekends.
