½ cup condensed milk

½ cup of heavy cream

Double cream cheese 450g

Raisins 50g

 

To start with, we put water in a pot with the rice and cinnamon to cook over medium heat, stirring constantly for approximately 20 minutes until it boils and most of the liquid is absorbed, after that we add the milk and stir constantly until the rice is soft then add the cream and condensed milk until creamy finally add grated cheese and raisins and stir to mix everything.
