I myself am not an art enthusiast, but I was drawn to this particular video, and the hook I found was the first part of the video where the artist called Apple Cheeks sits in the car by herself and talks about how she's feeling because of the artist block. I believe this is the hook as it's the first point in the video where it feels personal which creates a sense of relatability for the audience.

Where the creator structures her podcast based on the activities the book states on how to overcome artist block. Each segment includes one activity with her review and gives viewers suggestions. She plants rhetorical questions throughout her podcast which sparks questions and discussions in the reader's mind being a great way to hook readers on to watch the rest of the video.

This adds a moment of suspense and makes the viewer eager to know how they can improve and how to grow using the information stated in the podcast but for them to find this information, the viewer must watch the whole podcast which is the goal of the hook. After the hook, the author states that his guest is a world famous psychiatrist which makes the viewer further trust what is being stated in the podcast. You can also see the thumbnail further hooks the viewer by using big bold writing to grab the attention of the audience.
