No one individual can decide the outcome for the people by themselves, unless they consent to it (like an elected government); 

How can a individual worry over equality when they are constantly pushing themselves to their physical and mental limits by trying to work 2 or 3 different part time jobs just so they have enough monetary currency to barely pay their bills, to pay their rent or housing, to buy food for themselves or their families, or when they can not find a job at all, regardless of whether that job is a part time or full time job?

As for the part about job availability, if there is an issue with lack of researchers in institutions, or personnel to help maintain various plants to produce supplies or generate energy, then why not just build these places locally? This would open up some jobs for construction workers, which the government or the people can pay either funding or donations for. For research institutions, there is a need for personnel to actually help maintain the place like janitors, or assistants to help hasten or streamline the researcher’s progress, experiments, or observations? With new local worksites being built, then new job positions can be opened up for the people who are searching for part-time or even full-time jobs.

With more lucrative jobs that can be taken or opened up locally, then there is less need to import resources from foreign nations or companies to support ourselves, which could reduce national debt, and therefore help with national economy issues in a manner similar to making an investment for the future as far as I can tell. With less national debt, there would not be as pressing a need for various companies potentially hiring cheap labor to still function, as cheap labor can both be inexperienced workers as well as possible victims of workplace mistreatment and/or accidents for those hired as cheap labor.

With less cases of mistreatment and workplace accidents, there would be a lower number of mental or physical issues caused by ongoing stress, and as a result, less money spent on medical care to help deal with those relatively common health issues. This would free up the doctors and medical personnel to focus on the more serious issues at hospitals, maybe allowing them to help aid medical researchers or voice out potential issues with company funds or resources so as to continue properly functioning as an example to consider.

Honestly, these kinds of lists, if allowed, could just continue on and on to ridiculous lengths the further when you try to consider how everything ties together in one instance to the next on every level of detail involved. Clothing or textiles are not grown fully formed on trees and bushes, they need a raw material to be made of and processed from, there needs to be a company to produce or sell the clothing or textiles you use, these companies need source(s) to collect the raw materials from, they need to hire laborers or other companies to process the raw materials into intermediary materials or directly turn the raw/intermediary materials into a final product which would be the clothing or textiles you want that are delivered by a store or business, and all that is just a simplified way of putting the process without considering the money or revenue needed to pay for the materials, to pay for the labor, to get payment for the goods or services being sold. You have to look at the small details and how they tie into the bigger details before looking at the whole picture to fully understand what is going on or what to do.
