John, it has been the greatest pleasure to work alongside you these past few years. You're sunshine in human form - always positive, always kind, always eager to help. You consistently go above and beyond to explain concepts, walk/talk through issues, gather everyone's feedback, and create multiple iterations of something to make sure everyone's happy. You have a great mind, a great heart, and a great listening ear. You're willing to take feedback with grace, and are always invested in growing both yourself and those around you.
