The teachers should be well informed about the reason why a policy experimentation is required? Once they know its implications in the education sector they will be motivated to take up the tests. Also the individuals should know that the results are meant for self reflection and are meant to assist them .Many times such tests are viewed as EXAMINATIONS by the teaches and refrain from giving their best sincere trials.
Hence throughout the experiment, lot of motivation and a constant reminder that each test is a new field of exploration and needn't bother about the old scores per say.

As a school principal, I believe that participation in an experimental project should be based on real evidence of its effectiveness. Regarding the support, I think it is necessary to have an effective monitoring that allows to correct those elements that are identified as incorrect in any phase of the project.

Credo che, per agevolare l'uso delle Tic all'interno della scuola, sia importante creare le condizioni adatte affinché questo avvenga. Per esempio è impossibile pensare che si possano usare le tecnologie multimediali in una scuola dove non c'è connessione.

School head should help in any action that would create a better environment for the learning. I mean that it should be important to be part of any policy experimentation almost once in life. What do we need? The material resources for the experimentation and enough freedom to organize the centre for it.
