In chapter 6papa Mirabel dies by an "unknown cause". We can tell as a reader Trujillo didn't kill papa. But therefore led to his death. The characters are very sad and gloomy as well as the weather. The weather and characters are connected because the weather matches the feelings of the people at papas funeral.
