         <description><![CDATA[<div>We can promote inclusive practice in many ways, such as setting up challenges or challenging activities to help the child develop further. This is inclusive practice as you are not neglecting the child knowing that he or she is  at their expected level of develop, instead you are helping the child to develop further and achieve more. This will encourage the child to try and achieve goals that has been set up for them. This also shows that the right is the child is respected and valued. </div>]]></description>
