Henry Morton Stanley is the cause of the millions of death of the Congolese community's. The reason he is the cause of this is because he was sent to take control and trick Congo people so they would become labor workers. Once people were were slaves he would make them work in rubber plantations. This was very bad since a result of this work with these leaders could cause death. He was a king L. II's associate that led to the mass killings and resource gatherings in this African country.
