We all thought it was base set for helping others understand the things that were set before them but also in a welcoming way especially if they're young ones because you want that sense of comfort when learning about something completely new to you. It's a way to help be that good guide for them so they can then begin to feel comfortable doing things on their own or having their own mindset.

It's important to create an environment where we build up future members of society. Education is much more than teaching rigorous curriculums and memorizing facts. It's more about encouraging humans to be individuals with thought and uniqueness. 
We believe that the purpose of education is to be inclusive. No matter the student's background or walk of life, it is the educator's responsibility to include, welcome, and adapt to the needs of all students. It is also important to teach the students themselves to be inclusive of others, so that they may carry this skill in the real world. 
Relationships are also a big aspect of education. When students trust their educators, it allows for the students to experience comfort and security in the school setting.
Educators should be intentional and respectful with their students' times.

The purpose of education we believe is to form their futures. Teaching the next generation of politicians and world leaders and preparing them for our future world. Helping their mindset grow and molding their minds for their future careers and who they want to become. General education is to learn how they are getting educated, like what techniques help this generation learn.
