* اذا تعرضتم التنمر الإلكتروني أخبروا الأهل بسرعة. 
* استعملوا المتصفح الآمن.
* الأهم من ذلك انتبهوا للدراسة واستعملوا الانترنت بحسب الحوجة، ومن الأفضل أن يكون بإشراف أولياء الأمور.

والأبناء من عمر12سنه _20) يجب استخدامه فقط للضروره ومن اهمها المدارس التعليميه 
أبناءنا الأعزاء حرصاً على سلامتكم يجب أن تعلمو ما هو الضار وما هو النافع لا تتحدثو مع أي شخص غريب يسألكم عن المنزل او رقم الهاتف او رقم البطاقه او معلومات اسريه
