A small change that I've recently embraced is taking dairy out my diet. This change being harder than i thought as I have always loved dairy products.
The first benefit of this change the health benefits for me personally.
The second benefit of this is I have been putting the money I would usually spend on milk products on healthier, longer lasting and more filling food and drink options.

One change that I’ve embraced in my life is moving house and/or country. I’m 27 years old and have moved house 20 times and lived in USA, France and New Zealand. We stayed in our last home in New Zealand for over 2 years- I was so restless and realised that I had always looked forward to what was next. It took some time to settle down and learn to enjoy staying in one place. Some of the benefits to embracing the changes are that I am not afraid to move again if need be. I am confident that even if it is not an ideal move, something good can be made from it. Another benefit is that I’ve had the opportunity to experience living in many different environments and in a few different cultures. The people I’ve met along the way have taught me so much and I am very grateful for the changes that have taken place in my life.

One change that I have embraced is leaving my 20 year long career in Healthcare in order to spend some time being an at home mother to my two children and focus on changing my career path. I had spent my entire career in service to vulnerable people while working weekends, shift work and quite often we were short staffed. Sometimes I would work 14 days in a row without a day off. I became stressed, easily agitated and wasn't alot of fun to be around. One day I had an epiphany, I realised how much of my own life and lives of my children I was missing out on. I took a big leap into the unknown and resigned from my job and took time to rediscover myself and decide exactly what I wanted from my life. It was scary in the beginning, but now I am 18 months into the process and I love my life and what I'm doing. After embracing this change I have realised that life's possibilities are endless and it all amounts to what you decide.

My husband got a job nearly 2 hours drive from home. He commuted for a year. This went ok. I decided this was not the easiest option with 5 kids at home, one being a baby. I made the decision one day we would all move, kids and contents. For me I grew up moving all over NZ so was use to this. My children had either moved once or not at all. My eldest made a decision at 14 not to come with us and boarded. Even though we moved from the city to a small town of about 2000 people there were some very positive benefits we just had to get use to it. The rent was cheaper saving us money that could be spent some where else. The kids went to a small school with a role of 90-120 kids another huge benefit but lastly for the kids they got to be kids. They have been able to grow up like we did, going out and playing from dawn till dusk, stopping in at one of the kids houses when they get hungry or having a back pack with snacks. Fishing, building dams in the creak, playing spotlight with a dozen other kids down the road. Some of these changes we could see before ore the move, others we couldn't. These unseen changes have been the biggest benefit to myself and my family
