In my opinion, the new digital era, globalized, new means of learning and technologies have emerged that not only facilitate but allow diverse forms of learning different from traditional ones. As far as I can see, being a user is not only about using technology, it is clear that even a child who is not yet literate, because of the interactivity of the applications and their dynamic interface, learn how to use technology to access games and other forms of Entertainment. The term digital literacy leads to the discussion about what it would be like to be a user, since the literate and literary may be in the same degree in their digital education, which depends on various skills and notions, and yet not achieve a satisfactory income in online texts And environments (social networks), because each area has a pattern of behavior that is quite different from the non-digital standard and much more varied. The behavior, text layout and content in each social network is different, sharing varied information where a post on a website can reach different audiences only by the format and the type of the language, the same subject is thus deployed and can vary under aspects Such as: text size, where it will be posted, how it will be posted, its availability and its function (private or public). The digital literate knows how to use all these tools and constantly build and produce new content on these diverse digital platforms.
