In playing to win the writer explains that Wyatt Baldwin is the founder and president of the World Rock Paper Scissors Association. He has played in and hosted competitions around the globe. He once enjoyed a 43-game winning streak. Rock, paper, scissors probably originated in China about 2,000 years ago. Today, people everywhere play it. While some cultures use different symbols, the idea remains the same. You and an opponent each "throw" one of three hand symbols, and you either win, lose, or tie. Many people think rock, paper, scissors is all luck. Your probability of winning a round seems as good as your chance of losing one. But in reality, the outcome of the game isn't completely random, because human behavior isn't random. There are patterns in the way people make decisions, even quick ones.

They say its a good feeling and something more people should experience based off of their view. “You have to believe in yourself,” a participant says, “and have confidence that you can do it.” ¨They’re dancers in colorful costumes, celebrating a centuries-old tradition that originated in China.¨ “We bring a lot more than just the performance. Then they landed on the moon and became the first spacecraft to successfully land on the moon’s far side. The central idea is that they found a lot of stuff and they went to the moon. Also they kept finding soil everywhere and it was not normal. They found soil in the near Surveyor and they had found 75 pounds on earth. After that they found 4.4 pounds of soil on the moon somehow.

In Junk food the author discusses how if your between age 10-19, junk food can harm your brain possibly lead to depression and anxiety. A brain and nutrition specialist, Amy Reichelt says that she reviewed over 100 studies and found this out. One problem: Adolescent brains are not yet fully formed. And that actually leads to three problems in one, Reichelt says. Let's break that down, starting with preteen and teen behaviors. The brain region that tells us we shouldnt eat chips all the time - and helps us resist that urge - is the last to mature. Since mouse brains develop very much like our own, they can be used to understand how what we eat affects the human brain.

In gathering storms the writer talks about how there were hurricanes in places like Florida and Louisiana, and it have the places destroy and it would cost a lot of money to get it fixed. The writer explains how the houses and peoples homes would be gone. Sometimes even poles on the street would fall and it would be electric with water. A lot of people would be killed and injured so that is why these storms are bad. The central idea is that these hurricanes that happen are really bad. In some places when the hurricane had hit them the houses would be flooded and it would be hard for them to get out. The hurricanes were so bad that peoples TV's would down the street. You would also have to swim to safety sometimes and it would be little kids having to do that too.
