forgetting to pull uux release list items into current Sprint, during last release planning, as part of business prep for the 3/16 deploy

couple items not properly labeled or tagged with the fix version, which the FI were asking us to fix, after our nice deploy.

IF this was the case, then needed more business engagement & FI, while tracking all of these items.

If these were flagged appropriately, we would have included them in our nice package.

Hard to be "fixing" things that we didn't properly capture in advance, after Friday fiasco + 8 hours on deploy day

hours were spent prepping the business side of the team, to be able to support FI on deploy day . . . . . but this did not make any difference on deploy day. maybe that time should been spent with joint sessions with the FI, to help bridge the confidence gap

As a team we thoroughly prepared for this upgrade. We worked together to not only ensure that the upgrade went smoothly, but to also do everything we could to make it a (mostly) positive experience for Synovus.

I believe we prepared well, and in the best way we could with what we had to work with. In retrospective, joint sessions with the FI would have been helpful. I suggest that we discuss with Syn the possibility of having review/testing sessions with them for future upgrades, and work together to decide what that will look like and how it can best serve our needs.
