         <description><![CDATA[<div>Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) is a mental illness. It usually consists of feelings of uneasiness, dread, and fear. People with this disorder commonly worry about health, money, family, and work. Although, their worries are excessive and they have them almost every day for at least six months. Some symptoms include sweating, feeling restlessness, tension, and having a rapid heartbeat. Physical symptoms include unexplained aches and pains, dizziness, changes in behavior, and shortness of breath. <br><a href="https://medlineplus.gov/anxiety.html">https://medlineplus.gov/anxiety.html<br></a><br></div>]]></description>

It helps you to change how you react to things that cause fear and anxiety. If you go to this type of therapy you could cry or feel angry during a challenging session (side effects). <br><br>Medicines: These help to treat anxiety. They include anti-anxiety medicines and certain antidepressants.
