The job descriptions for these roles informed me of critical information to include, as I was able to highlight the phrases that recruiters mark as important and use within my CV’s. Many of my skills mentioned have been backed up in my Career Summary using real-life roles and examples to demonstrate the use.  I edited my CV by adding jobs that will fit the role for example, for the Event Coordinator vacancy I ensured to include past experience of working with a hospitality and catering agency for events as this will be a highlight to recruiters. Regarding the Travel Consultancy role I included all of my previous work experiences as this is a very detailed and high value role which requires more experience in customer service for the recruitment process.

I then created a Key skills section on all CV’s under the personal statement to depict how my skills match the employer's key requirements with a glance.

For the Cover letters I created them without a template as I did not have any personal documents to tailor, all cover letters address the hiring director of each company and my interest and enthusiasm for each position has been shown with minimal reflection on my personality and career goals.
