When I suggested to regularly monitor progress grades and feedback in ManageBac, some parents seemed unfamiliar with how to use it. Perhaps parents need support on how to use it. One parent also showed me their ManageBac interface, able to view the tasks but unable to click into them for the task information. It could be a bug or incorrect setting.

During the parents meeting, a subject teacher gave negative feedback to parents about their child sleeping in the class and hiding under the table sometimes but parents complain that it is because teachers don’t manage class properly.
