This is an example of having a more dynamic set that incorporates green screen and stationary background (right side 4:10 - 4:35) You can see that they have some kind of remote that goes between two cameras. This makes me think their Zoom camera is capturing another software (possibly OBS), so it goes from greenscreen to not.

Object Based Online Program

This idea came from a Truth and Reconciliation webinar I attended where it was expressed that programs are more impactful, engaging, and accessible when the audience has a role in what is being shared:

Have a list of 10-15 diverse objects from the handling collection (that we have adequate information on.)

When booking the program, guests pick 5 they are interested in and would like to learn more about. Using the document camera and any other photos/video's that relate to the object, the group can explore objects that they are most interested in.
