Neodymium is mostly harmful in the working environment, due to the fact that damps and gasses can be inhaled. Which can lead to a threat on the liver if it is inhaled. It is also harmful in the form of a magnet. If the magnet is swallowed and you do not have surgery to get it out it can lead to holes in the intestines. In a radioactive perspective it is perfectly safe.
