<description>This week&#39;s article is about the environment and how Indigenous communities in Canada are taught to think 3 generations ahead when consuming natural resources. Were you ever taught to think in this way? Do you make decisions and think how will this affect my family 3 generations in the future? Do you think this could be useful in fighting climate change?</description>

<title>Give enormous thumbs up to the family members of Mr.Saganash, the broad-back forest Indigenous people, and the Canadian government for their protecting forest behaviors. Although my parents hadn&#39;t taught me to protect the environment, I learned to preserve our planet through the internet and the news. I will tell my two kids to pay more attention to protecting the environment and maintaining green economic lifestyles in the future. For instance, to tell them to decline plastic items, refuse to eat wildlife animals, save water, and so on. It is instrumental in fighting climate change.-Chuntian Liao</title>

<title>I have learned how to be cherished and grateful nature resources from the school and parents. It is important for people aware of resources are limitation. I will teach next generation to know about how influent our life if we overuse. However, There are only small groups realize that impact their future life. I think it is still useful fighting to change because there are ways to teach increasing their related knowledge.</title>

<title>it is good that the Canadian government is listening to their indigenous people and protecting their lands from deforestation. The native people have taught their younger generation to protect their lands for the next generations to come, to respect their way of living. I know from reading history lessons about the native indigenous people they have had struggle in their lives regarding their rights. since reading the article and hearing how the government helps the native people save their lands from deforestation, it shows that the government have taken turns to protect the land . - Andrea </title>

<title>I am impressed by the idea of sustainable development in the article. As I remember in my childhood, my mum tried her best to reduce wastage by fully utilizing packaging materials. I learned this attitude naturally and I am still a role model to my sons to reduce, reuse and recycle. Before I went to Canada, I invited my relatives in Hong Kong to take our furniture and books, rather than landfill disposal. This simple living mindset is reinforced when I move to Canada, especially in the ways of the disposal and recycling of household stuff. - Lai Chu Cheung</title>

I realized how important it is to conserve and make proper use of our water resources so that we will have enough supply. Relating to Canada’s government, they made a great decision to give authority and financial budget to the Indigenous community to prevent illegal activities that will affect the ecosystem of this country. The government have already taken action, so as people living in this country, my contribution is to use our resources properly so that the next generation of my family can still experience a healthy environment. </title>
