         <description><![CDATA[<div>One of the recommendations is sign language, which does make sense, however I do wonder how reasonable this is.  First the child needs to learn the sign language (which I suspect would be difficult for them) and second the teacher would need to learn it - this all takes time!!!!!  I think there is a need for more immediate strategies to support these students</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I was wondering about pic's like we use for autistic children however one of the symptoms suggested a lack of comprehension so if we show the student a picture of "washing their hands" would they actual comprehend what the picture clue was suggesting?
