Last month, I got invited to a birthday party by my classmate Olivia, she practically invited the entire class, but she also got a few friends from her old school, and one of them became my friend and we are still in touch after that party. Her name was Rachel and we accidentally bumped into each other when I went to get some more water, we had a great conversation and found out we also share the same music taste, not only do we like the same genre of music, but we also have a lot in common! So Rachel and I practically spent hours talking to each other, and I enjoyed spending time talking with her because she had a unique mindset, it's so surprising to discover her real personality because I thought she would be an introvert since she hardly even talked to anyone during the party! When the party ended, she gave me her contact number to still stay in touch with me. Overall, I enjoyed spending time with my new friend Rachel and I hope we can meet again.

I met my friend Harry at my friend Hannah’s birthday party last week. It was a big party with a great number of people, relaxing music, and scrumptious food. At first, I didn’t know many people there, so I stood near the snack table, feeling quite awkward. That’s when Harry - a total extrovert walked passed and made a funny joke. We both laughed and started talking. I asked him about how he met Hannah and he asked me about my hobbies. After a while, we quickly discovered that we had a lot in common - we both enjoy listening to indie music, deep-talks and watching hilarious reels on social media. As the party went on, we played games together and even teamed up in a game. Harry was friendly, funny, and easy to talk to, and it felt like we had known each other for years. After the party, we exchanged social media accounts and have been good friends over the past week. Meeting him turned a fun party into an amazing memory!
