I decided to stop worrying about what to say. When I spotted her at a table, my heart raced. I felt regret that we missed the time, but I decided to push that thought away. We hugged tightly, and in that moment, all my worries disappeared. We started talking, sharing stories and laughter, and I was surprised at how easily we fell back into our friendship.

I enjoy talking about old times. I remember cherishing the people who matter most. We promised not to let so much time pass again, eager to avoid feeling sad about lost moments.

When I realized my mistake, I tried to stop myself, but it was too late. The batter looked more like a sticky mess than cake mix. I thought, "What could go wrong?" So I poured it into the pan and set it in the oven, completely forgetting about it as I got distracted by a TV show.

When the timer went off, the smell in the kitchen was strange. I rushed in to find my cake had risen so much that it spilled over the sides like a volcano. It looked quite funny but I still felt a bit of regret for not paying attention.

I tried to fix it by cutting off the burnt parts and decorating it. When I served it to my family, they couldn’t stop laughing. They called it "the sweetest disaster ever." 

In the end, I have learnt that even when things go wrong, it can still be a fun memory. I might have forgotten the measurements, but I will always remember the laughter we shared over that funny cake!

This experience not only improve my brave,but aldo improve my knowledge.It's the memory that i will never forget it.I will never forget standing at attention on the playground and singing military songs. I try to keep my body straight and upright so I can not regret joining this activity.

One summer when I was a kid, my family and I went to the beach. I remember enjoying the sound of the waves and feeling the warm breeze on my face. We decided to build a sandcastle, and I was really excited to join in, appreciating the fun of working together.

As we poured water on the sand, I paid close attention to how it looked. But then the tide started to come in, and I watched sadly as our castle began to wash away. No matter how hard we tried to save it, it was gone in no time. I felt a little regret for all the effort we put in.

Looking back now, I appreciate that day because it taught me to enjoy the little moments. Life is full of these brief experiences, and it’s important to make the most of them, as they become our cherished memories.

I remember being very sick one time. I woke up at 1 am, feeling like I was in an oven and very uncomfortable, just like I was seasick. Trying to get up but struggled to move even an inch. However, after trying many times I finally managed to get up, and can’t stand to vomit anymore.

Instead of dwelling on the past, I chose to embrace the present, agreeing with myself that life was meant to be lived fully. I understood that while moments like this are rare, they are treasures to cherish. I resolved to care for these memories, to ask myself often to revisit this place in my mind, and to suggest to others the importance of finding their own unforgettable moments.

However, there was one mistake I regret making that day. I had forgotten to wear proper hiking shoes, which made the rocky path slippery and dangerous. I remember almost falling twice, which made my parents worry. They kept trying to warn me, but I was too focused on enjoying the adventure to listen. Despite the small mishap, those moments taught me to be more prepared for future trips. Looking back, this experience wasn’t just about the hike—it was about learning to cherish every moment, even the little ones, and turning challenges into stories to remember.

"Last question!" The MC announced. My heart couldn't stop pouncing as we were about to fulfill our dream and finally finish preparing day after night. I was so nervous that I accidentally pressed the answering machine.

"Team 3! Please give us your answer." My world turned black and white. I was not capable of answering the question, nor was I familiar with solving the accurate words.

The result was horrible. At that moment, I was ashamed of pressing the button, regretted having that confidence, and blamed myself for ruining the hope of all team members.

It was definitely an unforgettable moment, and I will never forget to think before doing work so that I can fill in the missing stone in my heart named regret.

I remember the time I made dumplings at home. When I was 9 years old ,My mum taught me how to make a homemade dumpling. The first step was to buy a dumpling skin and also the inner meat and vegetable. Usually I will  never forget doing anything I must do .However, I forget to buy the dumpling skin. When my mum saw I missed buying the thing ,I heard my mum shouting at me and I could feel the air was cold . I stop walking home and I go back to the shop to buy the dumpling skin. Doing the dumpling ,I can smell the taste of it ,which was a good experience .However  I always regret that I forgot to buy the dumpling skin. Looking at the finished product of dumplings，I feel shocked. This was the first time I can make dumplings, so I will never forget this time. 

I tried to persuade her to join me on the slopes, but she didn’t go, possibly because she was afraid or didn’t like the cold. I regret not convincing her to ski with me.

At Guangzhou Rongchuang, every ski trip down is an exciting adventure. The sound of skis on the snow makes my heart race, and my nose and hands turn red from the cold, but it doesn't take away my love for skiing. Each ride is full of joy and fun, with laughter and cheers all around, making me want to stay longer.

The doctor told me to take those pills and reminded my mom to give me some healthier food for me to eat. My mom agreed to make light food for me.  I promised not to eat junk food during the sickness. I appreciate my mom, I love spending time with her. Every moment spent with her is precious because she always tends to my needs with utmost care and affection. Her gentle touch and soothing words act like a balm to my soul, making me feel cherished and loved.

I loved playing in the snow for hours, making snowballs and having fun. Climbing a snow mountain in Harbin was another incredible adventure. The snow scenery on the mountain was so beautiful that I couldn’t help but enjoy every moment.

As the trip came to an end, I felt a sense of regret leaving such a magical place. I knew I would miss the snow and the joy it brought me. If I ever get the chance to return, I hope to experience that wonder again, and I can’t wait for another opportunity to play in the snow!

There are moments in life you can never forget. For me, it was the first time I performed a dragon lion dance on opening day at our school.

I can still remember stepping into the colorful costume, my heart pounding like a drum. The crowd was huge, and I couldn’t stop thinking about the possibility of messing up. My partner and I had spent weeks trying to perfect every move, but fear crept in as the music started.

As the drums thundered, I focused on the rhythm and began moving. Slowly, my nerves melted away, and excitement took over. The crowd cheered as we leapt and swirled, the dragon’s head swaying gracefully. In that moment, I knew I would never regret trying.

That day taught me courage, and it’s a memory I’ll always remember. Performing as part of the dragon lion was more than a dance—it was a triumph over fear.

competition. Before the game, the teacher suggedted me to take a deep breath before playing, and wait until I was mentally ready to start. I tried to calm myself down, but my hand was shaking uncontrollably. When I came on stage, my heart seemed to be beating out of my chest, I took a deep breath and started playing. Gradually, my heart slowly calmed down and stopped being nervous. I was very happy after the match because it was a big breakthrough for me.
