         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Prophase ll:</strong> The nuclear enevelope breaks down and spindle fibers and centrioles appear. <br><strong>Metaphase ll:</strong> Spindle fibers attach to the centromeres, and the chromosomes line up singularly across the middle of the cell. <br><strong>Anaphase ll:</strong> The chromosomes are separated and the sister chromatids are pulled apart and move to opposite ends of the cell. <br><strong>Telophase ll:</strong> The nuclear membrane reforms. The cell membrane pinches inward and two cells form. Four haploid cells are produced. </div>]]></description>
