         <description><![CDATA[<div>At the all day sporting event, I can only eat popcorn out of the choices hot dogs, pizza, walking tacos, popcorn, and candy. Hot dogs, pizza, walking tacos, and candy are not consumable for people who have a gluten allergy, as they all contain or may contain gluten.<br><br>While shopping, I am going to eat lunch at the Bonefish Grill, which has a gluten free menu. For a snack, I will choose a smoothie and kale chips because they're healthy and gluten-free.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>For breakfast, I will have gluten free waffles with a berry fruit salad and homemade hash browns. For lunch, I will have gluten free egg salad on gluten free bread with a raspberry salad and bacon wrapped avocado fries. For dinner,  I will have lemon and herb crusted salmon with rice and feta stuffed bell peppers and watermelon lemonade. For snacks, I will have apples with peanut butter.<br><br>Recipe For Watermelon Lemonade:<br>Ingredients</div><ul><li>6 cups cubed seedless watermelon, chilled </li><li>4 cups cold water</li><li>3/4 cup fresh strained lemon juice, chilled</li><li>2/3 cup granulated sugar (more or less to taste)</li><li>Ice and fresh mint for serving</li></ul><div>Tools</div><ul><li>a blender</li><li>fine mesh strainer</li><li>medium sized bowl</li><li>large pitcher</li><li>spoon</li></ul><div>Instructions<br>      Add the watermelon to the blender and pulse until well-pureed. Pour into the fine       mesh strainer into the bowl and set aside. In the large pitcher mix together water, lemon juice, and sugar until sugar has dissolved. Stir in pureed watermelon, ice, and mint and serve.</div>]]></description>
