the goal of the research is to find out how the environment influence our emotions. Researchers conducted an experiment where 1 group watched the video of the city and the 2 group watched the nature. after, both groups wrote about their traumatic expirience. The results showed that the nature group expressed their feelings more freely and did not suppress their anger. Nature to human beings has so much to offer so we should rely on its help more.
Smetanina Natalia

This study examines the process of communicating emotions in different environments. The experiment conducted has shown that people in the natural environment tend to express anger, sadness and other negative emotions more intensively rather than individuals in urban habitat. That means people are more likely to suppress negative emotions in the city and give off wider sector of feelings while they have conversation in nature. Thus, the results of this study give a potential to develop new methods of strengthening social relationships.

This study examines the relationship between the external environment and the expression and experience of emotions.
The experiment with demonstration of natural and urban landscapes to different groups was conducted. Thus, people who have watched the nature video are more expressive and less prone to suppressing emotions than those watching the city video. As a result, the external environment affects the degree of expression of emotions, and nature helps to relax, while the urban landscape exerts pressure and causes suppression of emotions.

The hypothesis of this study was the notion that the environment strongly influences the suppression and expression of emotions. It's goal was to prove the interdependence of the emotional state of a person from the external environment. During the experiment, female participants were divided into two groups and were shown two different types of videos: nature and city. After watching, all participants had to write a short passage about their last negative experience. The results revealed that women who associated their negative emotions with nature were more open and negatively-colored than those who watched videos about the city. This study has great potential for future work, for example, a work on the interdependence of the characters of entire nationalities would be an excellent continuation. Is it possible to consider that the people of the Caucasus, who traditionally live in the mountains in nature, are more open than the inhabitants of Europe? (Julia)

The goal is to see how emotions affect communication, to strengthen the bonds between people by using different emotions, negative once too (method by watching a city video vs a nature video). As the result, nature seems to help describing and understanding emotions better. In conclusion, merely ask people to talk to you in nature. "-How are you today? -Wait, let`s drive to the forest and talk there." (it`s a joke) Nature just helps to express them better and create better social connections.

The research examines ways different environments affect emotion suppression. An experiment was conducted where two groups of women watched one of two videos. One video presenting city conditions and another one presenting nature. After that they were asked to describe a situation that evoked negative emotions. The research suggests that in the city women are more likely to suppress negative emotions. This results can be further explored in order to be used in social interactions.
